Paula Ferreira

Paula Ferreira is CEO of Aon Reinsurance Solutions for Latin America. She has 27 years of
working experience in the industry, having worked in Latin America, Europe, and the US. Paula is
also co-leader of Innovation for Aon LatAm across all solution lines.  She has 13 years at Aon,
where she had different leadership roles, including Strategic Growth Leader, leader of Analytics
and Clients Segments. Before that she worked at MMC in Argentina, Italy and in the US as head
of Data & Analytics, and at GenRe as Head of Life, Accident & Health.
Paula is an Actuary, graduated with honors from Buenos Aires University and has a Mater in
Management from Bocconi University in Italy. Paula has two kids, and she loves travelling and
spending her time off with friends and family..
