Graduated in Business Administration from Universidade CÂNDIDO MENDES/BR with a postgraduate degree in Business Management from FGV/BR, Roberto is also an insurance broker certified by FUNENSEG/BR. Accumulating more than 23 years of experience in the insurance market, he joined Marsh in 2019 through the acquisition of JLT and holding the position of Director of Affinity at Marsh Brasil.
