José Adalberto Ferrara

Graduated in Computer Science from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), José Adalberto Ferrara has extension courses in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Harvard University. He has been responsible for the IT and Operations management of large multinational financial institutions for 40 years, especially in the service industry such as banks, credit cards and insurance companies.

Along the way, he was Technology Director at Bank Boston and, since July 2013, the President of Tokio Marine Seguradora, where he arrived in 2009. During this period, he has actively participated in the processes that resulted in significant improvements in products and services and in expressive results in the history of the Company in Brazil.
