Jorge Sant’Anna, with more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector, is CEO and Co-founder of BMG Seguros.

Currently, he has leveraged the surety bond area through bold action, where the negotiations carried out imprint his brand of innovative executive. For this reason, he is a member of the Board of Directors at several institutions: Chairman of the Board of CERT4 – Central de Registro de Valores e Ativos, Board Member of ABBC – Brazilian Association of Banks, Board Member of IRB-Brasil, member of the Advisory Board of Loja Corr and, more recently, also Board Member of ABDIB.

In addition to these functions, Jorge Sant’Anna, always concerned with the development of the country, is also the founder of the Institute of Innovation in Insurance and Reinsurance – an organization created in partnership with FGV to promote the sector – and co-founder of Celeiro Vó Tunica – relevant social action to welcome young people between 18 and 24 years old, with the aim of training professionals offering better living conditions to these new generations.

An engineer by training, with several specialization courses at the national (FAAP) and international levels (Harvard Business School, London Business School, Cornell University and INSEAD Business School), Jorge Sant’Anna is constantly updated and shares his knowledge through lectures, interviews and several articles frequently published in newspapers and magazines of great circulation.
