Helder Molina holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidade Mackenzie São Paulo, with a postgraduate degree in Executive MBA from the University of São Paulo (USP) and LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow (LLIF) designation. During 2007 and 2011, he served as a statutory director of Fenaprevi. In 2004, he assumed the presidency of MAG, a position he still holds today. Member of the board of Abrapp (Brazilian Association of Closed Complementary Pension Entities), he was a member of the board of LIMRA, one of the largest international research institutes in the insurance market.
