Eugenio Paschoal

Eugenio is CEO at Marsh McLennan (MM) Brazil. He has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance market, both nationally and internationally, and a broad knowledge of risk management. Among his specialties are the Employee Health & Benefits and Affinity sectors.
Prior to joining Marsh, Eugenio spent 27 years at Willis in a variety of leadership positions, including CEO for the Brazilian operation for 12 years and CEO for Latin America & the Caribbean for 4 years. Eugenio holds a degree in civil engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is the Leader for the CEO Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo and an active representative of MM with the Professional Women’s Network, Sou Segura, IDIS and Instituto Ethos.
