Laís Fonseca is an entrepreneur in the area of technology, health and human development, graduated in administration and public policy with an MBA from MIT Sloan (2019).
With passages in management positions in the Government and consulting in large companies. She specializes in operational optimization and digital transformation, has expertise in developing solutions to optimize the patient journey, focusing on data engineering, interoperability, data analytics and artificial intelligence. She founded a company in this segment in the US, Precavida, which was invested by MIT and joined the Grupo Quiver in 2022. Currently, Laís is the Innovation Director at Quiver Soluções and the first female member of the company’s board of directors. Furthermore, she is founder and CEO of Qbem, a digital intelligence company in corporate health that combines expertise in benefits management with previous data intelligence from his experience in the
MIT. Qbem solutions manage more than 4M lives, transacting more than BRL 25bn in data.
